Target Kids Home Sale
When we moved to DFW my daughter was 2.5 years old and it was about that time that we moved her into a big girl bed. I will never forget when we went to Pottery Barn Kids so that she could pick out “special” sheets for her bed (she picked ballerinas). We also picked out this classic Audrey Quilt but for $189 it was expensive, plus the shams and other pillow covers my hubby said ok well she’ll have that until she goes to college! Luckily Target has been majorly stepping up their home game and went there as she started to change some of her “favorite” things.
I was SHOCKED by the adorable prints and great quality of their products not to mention they were total knock offs of what we just bought at PBK but for waaayyy cheaper! Just check out the Pinch Pleat Comforter set (looks pretty freaking close to ours) where you get the comforter and 2 shams for $27.99 since they are doing 30% off kids home through Wednesday.
As little girl has grown so have her tastes in decor so it’s been fun to be able to change out little things and not spend a lot. We love this Sparkle pillow (I almost snagged it for my office) for $11.89 and since it has that same soft pink but with a bit of well “sparkle” it is perfect for my now 6 year old. She has also grown a love for mermaids and unicorns so we have been able to grab new sheets and accessories as her love comes and goes.
Luckily as my son has outgrown his nautical nursery we have been able to find some adorable dinosaur items to start his big boy room!
They also have amazing items to keep all the toys organized, and you know that makes my heart smile! We use the striped bins on little man’s bookshelf, the stackable wood bins in the cafe (see full post here) and the stripe floor bin for laundry. When it comes to decorating I’m all about the few splurges then fill in the rest with affordable finds. Check out the entire Target Kids Home sale with 30% off today. Plus don’t forget to pay with your Target Red Card to get an extra 5% this can be linked to your bank account and not an actual credit card and still get the savings!!
