When I start to think about spring and summer one of the first things that gets pulled back out of depths of my closet are white jeans. Now let’s be real not all white jeans are amazing, actually most are HORRIBLE!
Since I’m a curvy mama with some definite thigh craters some jeans can make me legs look like black diamond moguls! Today though I’m sharing some white jeans that are perfect just in time for warmer weather.
Fit tips: Blouse size up, L // Jeans size up if in-between 31/12P // Miller Sandals size up 1/2
I think it was close to two years ago that I tried out LOFT’s Slim Pocket Skinny Jeans and because they are so popular they come back year after year. A few things that make these jeans a cut above the rest is their opacity.
I’ve tried so many where you can see pockets, bumps and seams. These are a thicker material that camouflage all of those, even with a more fitted shape.
The other reason these are my go-to white jean is the diverse sizing. First LOFT has both “curvy” and modern fits. Since I have an “H” rear (see this post if you don’t know your butt letter) I fit best in the modern.
LOFT also has both regular and petite lengths. The regular has a 29″ inseam great for tall girls wanting an ankle length and petite with a 26.5″ inseam which is what I am wearing.

Now it’s time to have a little heart-to-heart. I’m wearing these jeans in a 12 petite modern fit. Last summer they fit like PERFECTION…
Right now they are a little snug, it’s 100% me and not the jeans. Although I will mention I tried the below chewed hem style in a size 14P (because 2020 fluff is real) but I felt like these were a little too loose. So moral of the story is size up if in-between if you like a little breathing room. Even if you do go smaller it’s not the end of the world.
LOFT has already started loading EVEN MORE white jean styles and I’ll be checking them out, until then BRING ON THE SUN!
