It’s time to think Back to School and I can’t believe I have 8th and 5th graders! My kids will be starting new schools this fall in Albuquerque, NM. Since I lived in Albuquerque from 7th-12th grade I had a pretty good idea where I wanted my kids to go to school since there are some highly rated private schools in the area. Luckily my daughter was accepted and my son will have 1 year in public school then will be able to apply as well.
As a mom that moved in middle school I know how hard that transition can be so I’ve always been in the mindset that I want my kids to have clothes and accessories they feel great in so they can meet new friends with the most confidence. Now that doesn’t always mean spending money on the brand names, my daughter has done a great job of finding cute outfits from a ton of different retailers, but I will say Abercrombie Kids, Alter’d State and Lululemon are still her go-tos.
Since I’m buying for some very different ages I figured I would share a bunch of my favorites we have found along the way.
