It’s here!! I’ve had so many requests for another workwear capsule and this time I’m sharing great pieces that can work now and all year! I wanted to really find those staples that look great in the season but could also be mixed and matched for fall, winter, and summer.
Let’s talk capsules! The idea behind a capsule is to limit your items and mix and match each piece as much as possible. Now most women don’t own just 4 pairs of pants and 5 tops but if you’re looking to update your workwear or trying to figure out what to wear on a daily basis capsules are great!
While I’m putting this together I know I’m going to get grief from my girls in warm-weather states! If an outfit has a blazer or sweater keep in mind that these are professional layers for meetings, cold offices, etc…. If you need to take a layer off because it’s 100+ where you live, do it!
Also, I always get a ton of questions on heels… I like heels, my husband is 6’4 you will ALWAYS see heels in my capsules. If you don’t wear heels I have flat options that will go with these pants and skirts beautifully I just don’t feel like hemming pants that I would wear with heels. I tried to mix in some flats here and there so y’all can see the look.
THE PIECES

In this capsule, I added more selection when it comes to accessories because I feel like these never go out of style and are great building blocks to having multiple looks for the pieces. I tried to go with mostly Amazon items for the price point and availability.
THE OUTFITS
These pieces are such classics that I know you will find a million ways to wear them but if you are doing true capsule and only mixing and matching items shown you can still put together a month of work week outfits!
Also this capsule I tried to add in some jeans that look like dress pants perfect for a business casual environment!
