Walmart Spring New Arrivals

While it’s still January retailers are already starting to roll out their spring fashion and I love it! Spring feels like renewal and while I love my deep tones of fall and winter there is something refreshing about pinks, yellow and fresh navy & white.

This month Walmart just released some new styles in their Time and Tru brand and I decided to give a whirl. Now I’ve learned that popular new releases tend to sell out so I think it’s helpful to first show you my shopping list then circle back with try-on pics in this blog post. So if you are here to see how it all fit, WELCOME!

Now I still have not received one pair of jeans and the short sleeve bodysuit, those are taking a bit longer on shipping than I had expected so when those come in check my Facebook page for updates.

Sweatshirt | Jeans | Sneakers

Fit Tips: Sweatshirt, L // Jeans run small, high waisted and long. I’m in a 12 but they are not comfortable, also cuffed up in this pic for a better length.

While I love the cozy tunic this has a more typical lightweight towel feeling inside but with a great tunic length. For under $10 this is a must have!

Blouse | Jeans | Sandals

Fit Tips: Blouse tts, L // Spanx ankle jeans XLP use code RYANNEXSPANX for 10% off

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this blouse. It was one of those let’s just see how it looks in person and I really like it! It’s a lightweight cotton like feeling top with ruching at the top and pretty ballon sleeves. Look great untucked with jeans or grab some navy dress pants for an easy work look.

Dress | Sneakers

Fit Tips: size down if in-between in a L and would prefer M // Sneakers tts

I’m kinda torn with this dress while I love the color and sweatshirt feel the skirt area is very large and adds some bulk to my lower half that I don’t love. I think that I could size down in this and since the top is stretchy help reduce the oversized look. I love that is has pockets and can really work well for early spring.

Dress | Wedges | Sneakers

Fit Tips: Dress tts, L

Now this dress I was also torn on and honestly I don’t love it with the cardigan, BUT on it’s own with some wedges or flip flops for a casual yet sexy vacation look I’m all for it! This is super stretchy and soft making it pretty forgiving while still being body hugging.

Dress | Sandals

Fit Tips: Dress tts, L

How cute is this one?! This cute gingham dress makes me feel like spring will be here soon and I am here for it! I love the ruffled sleeves and smocked top!

Shirt | J.Crew Cameron Pants | NYDJ Pumps | Spanx Jeans | Sneakers

Fit Tips: Shirt, L // Pants, 12 // Pumps tts // Spanx white jeans XLP

This pinstripe button down is more dress shirt than I had originally thought but great for workwear. Paired with with these classic Jcrew pants for a high/ low kind of look or pair with some white jeans for a casual everyday look.

Tunic | Jeans | Sneakers

Fit Tips: Tunic tts, L // Jeans run small, high waisted and long. I’m in a 12 but they are not comfortable, also cuffed up in this pic for a better length.

This tunic was one of the top sellers last year and although I already have 4 colors I thought well what’s one more?! It has a lightweight coat material with perfect tunic length.

Tee | Jeans | Sneakers

Fit Tips: tee tts, L // Jeans true to size, 12

These jeans I ended up hating they are very 90s style with a baggy rear end and not flattering leg shape. My husband saw these on and said oh those are BAD! Take it from the men when they say try another style!
