Growing up watching my mom hate her body could have gone a whole different direction for me, but somewhere along the way I chose differently. And now with a 14-year-old daughter watching my every move, I want to make sure she grows up knowing that too. So I’m here sharing the things that genuinely help me feel like a human being.
