So I’ll be honest it’s been a little bit since I’ve recapped the top items from a month so I’m not sure if you loved or hated these posts but I thought this month was so interesting! Things that I would have never expected to be popular were so check out the Top 5 items purchased in April!
5. Scallop Shorts
These J.Crew Factory scallop edge shorts are the top selling short for the month and #5 overall. I’m not surprised due to the fun colors, nice linen blend feel and 4″ inseam these look good on a lot of people.
Fit Tips: I always size up in J.Crew so I’m in a 12
4. Soma Panties
When these hug to your booty panties went on sale y’all scooped them up like crazy! I’m not surprised because they are my go to under summer dresses when I don’t want shape wear because they have grippy edges that stick to your rear so no wedgie situations will happen. These are now buy 3 get 2 free so worth grabbing some, I like the high leg brief but I’m looking at trying the retro brief vanishing tummy kind for a little tummy slimming action!
Fit Tips: if in-between size up, L
3. Athletic Skort
When my friend told me about wearing sport skirts most of summer I thought wait what?! I need to find some of these. When I found these on Amazon with high reviews you all jumped on them too! I am so excited that I found these skirts because they are perfect for vacations where you want to look cute but need the comfort and lightweight material (think walking all around the zoo with 2 kids!). These have 2 styles, one with a flat front and one with a tie front, I prefer the flat front and will probably order that style in black as well.
Fit Tips: I sized up to a large because Amazon tends to run small to me but these are a little bit in the waist so I would recommend staying true to size.
2. Floral Print Kimono
We have all been loving kimonos but this one flew off the shelf when I posted it because although my original listing was gone I found this same print in one that has prime shipping and returns! I waited close to 3 weeks for mine so I love that this one is ready to ship and right now it’s showing an extra 5% discount off the $18.99 price.
Fit Tips: My kimono lists as a M and since the size guide calls the S/M a 4-10 I would go with that size.
1. Stretchy Body Con Dress
Holy cow I NEVER thought that this dress would make it to #1 for the month but apparently you have all been looking for a cute pink dress too! This body con dress is similar to the popular Leith dress at Nordstrom but with 2 major advantages, first the back is LINED and it’s only $22! I love that it’s on prime and in my area shows 1 day delivery so if you have that last minute event order this in the morning and have it that night.
Fit Tips: size up, this dress runs small I’m in a L
