Summer Accessories

Summer is here and this season we are seeing tons of woven bags, beaded necklaces and of course sandals!! Even if you are not looking to overhaul your wardrobe for the season adding just a few updated accessories can make your outfit feel new and fresh.

I dove a little deep and grabbed quite a few beachy themed items for my trip to Galveston and for summer in general. Here’s what I loved!

BAGS

Do I have a bag problem.. my husband would say yes! I snagged quite a few recently because they so easy to update an outfit with and since “bags” are the size my daughter and I share I figure it’s best to buy double, lol!

EARRINGS

While I’m typically a stud earring girl I also love a statement earring! I loved so many of these that immediately give that summer vibe but really could be worn with a t-shirt to a dress.

SHOES

If you can’t figure it out by the following pics I’m a flip flop girl! While I’ve tried a few other sandal styles it’s just what I feel best in. Now this season I snagged both pretty and comfy plus a few options that can work for workwear!

NECKLACES

Ok I’ll admit it at first I was VERY hesitant about the chunky beaded necklaces because it was giving Wilma Flintstone vibes but as I’ve been styling them (and seeing them on more and more people) I’m diving in! Mostly because they really do add that needed umph to a basic outfit and can be really affordable! Now am I packing away my gold simple jewelry, no way but these are fun to add into the rotation!

MORE FUN

Now could I go on and on with kindle cases, phone cases, bracelets and bag charms let’s be real the possibilities are endless! I did though also make an amazon list of some of my favorites here.
