MY SIZING
I am typically a 10/M/ 36DD in Gibson tops and L/12 in Gibson bottoms, but the joggers and pjs in this collection are running large. I am 5’5 and in-between a petite and regular on length in most pants and skirts depending on fit, this collection is all regular length.
This collection is running pretty generous in sizing so if in doubt size down. I was sent all pieces in a size large but will designate which should have been a medium.

I am beyond excited to share with you my first signature pieces with Gibsonlook!!! Months ago I started talking with Gibson about this collaboration and they had asked me my favorite holiday styles and I immediately said THE SEQUIN DRESS from Hi Sugarplum’s holiday collection last year! I took it to Vegas for my 40th birthday, met Lisa Vanderpump and danced at a club until 4am in that dress it has good memories.
This year to make it a bit more 2020 friendly the Gibson team made it in a soft stretch velvet with just enough drape and flow to look gorgeous and flattering. I’m in a large and felt that it was a bit too oversized and would prefer a more fitted look so size down if in-between.

I wasn’t sure if I would love this gold duster when I first heard about it but having it on it’s stunning! It’s a thin shimmery material that looks great dressed up or perfect for festive at home events.
I can see myself wearing it even with some comfy joggers to add a bit a glamor to my everyday. It has a back tie that can be adjusted to pull more or less fabric back giving it a very slimming effect. I feel like it’s the perfect addition to my v-neck dress for holiday events. True to size in a L but can wear a M as well

My second namesake piece in the collection was one that I kinda fought for. I KNEW I wanted something that could be dressed up or down, was pretty, comfortable and forgiving. This olive color just screamed fall to me and why I paired it with some dark denim and slouch boots. The boots I’m in from J.Crew have been selling out so quickly but they are such a high quality boot I would snag the rich walnut or burnished sand leather if available in your size.

The Hello Happiness Cozy turtleneck is in the new cozy ribbed fabric that a few of the Hi Sugarplum collection came in and y’all it’s sooo good! This has a forgiving oversized, tunic feel that can be easily paired with jeans or comfy leggings for an at home day. I’m in a large but would prefer a M so size down if in-between.

This slouchy off the shoulder sweater is another MAJOR winner in my books. The waffle knit is lightweight but still warm has a longer tight sleeve and a long enough length to wear with leggings or jeans. I love this rosewood color but the black and grey are also such classics that it’s hard to choose. This does run generous so I would prefer a M so size down if in-between.

Talk about a party dress! I’ve had a lot of people ask for long sleeve dresses and the blouson sleeve on this wrap style is stunning. This dress though does run short so just beware if you are on the taller side.
This Burgundy color is honestly my favorite but also comes in a classic black. I’m in a L and feel like it’s a perfect fit so true to size.

Although there will be less holiday events on our calendar I NEVER pass up a good sequin top and this one is amazing. I love the off the shoulder style and it’s not too fitted in the body.
