Wow what an awkward time to finally get this post completed but ya know what I don’t CARE!! You my amazing readers have asked for another Target workwear capsule and that’s what I’m doing. I’m pushing forward knowing that someday we will all be back at work (I’ll still be at home but WAAYYY less Mom, mom, mom going on) I promise though a ton of these pieces can easily be dressed down and worn at home.
Now this collection was a little more pricey than my last but it’s mainly due to adding a tote bag into the mix. I loved the shape and color so much I thought it was worth it! You are still getting 3 tops, 3 bottoms, 2 cardigans, 1 blazer, 1 dress and 3 pairs of shoes for $344 now if you use your 5% RedCard discount it bring it down it $326.80.
I did not add Target jewelry into this capsule but rather used some Spring 2020 Kendra Scott pieces that I had (gifted) to show what I would wear with these outfits.
SIZING
Let’s also talk sizing, I’m 5’5 and typically wear a size M/10 top, I’m a 36DD so I do have to worry about items being tighter across the chest or too low cut. In Target bottoms I typically size up to a 12 although in other brands I wear a 10. The only pants that did not seem to fit true to size were the ankle pants, those seemed to run smaller.
Here is how each item fit:
- Sleeveless Crewneck Shell Blouse needed to size up for larger chest, L
- Bishop Long Sleeve Collared Blouse tts, M
- Curved Hem Tank Top, tts, M
- Mid-Rise Satin Slip Skirt, tts, L
- Skinny High-Rise Ankle Pants, size up these run small 14
- Mid-Rise Ankle Length Jogger Pants, size down for more fitted look tts for looser fit in M
- Long Sleeve Keyhole Neck Dress, size up for larger chest, L
- Long Sleeve Back Belt Open Cardigan Sweater, tts needed M
- Long Sleeve Linen Blazer, tts 10
- Long Sleeve Open Neck Cardigan, tts M
Accessories/ Shoes:
- Striped Pleated Small Dome Satchel Handbag
- Kora Microsuede Pointed Toe Ballet Flats tts taupe
- Ema High Block Heel Pumps tts taupe
- Gemma Pointed Toe Heeled Pumps, tts blush
Non Target items:
- Kendra Scott Kailyn Gold Statement Earrings in Iridescent Coral Illusion
- Kendra Scott Elisa Gold Triple Strand Necklace

Let’s first talk about these soft jogger pants! I know a lot of you were skeptical when I said these can look good for work and now with so many people working remotely they are perfect! Since thy have a thicker pant like material they are good for business casual/ casual work environments or throw them on with a tee and great for around the house.
If you are thinking ok well my work will not allow joggers what do I do? Great news the grey ankle pants come in this exact green color so you can switch out for those.

Kendra Scott Kailyn Gold Statement Earrings in Iridescent Coral Illusion (c/o) gives a pop of color to this outfit.
My favorite top of the collection is probably this crewneck shell blouse. I did have to size up to a large sine it was tight across the chest in a M but the luckily it did not make the armholes too big. It has a great length and is lined so even in a lighter color it is not sheer.

Now I’m normally not a midi skirt kind of gal but this season it was VERY hard to find a pencil skirt at Target so I thought I would give it a try. Honestly I was surprised how much I like this skirt. It’s stretchy and soft while still being slimming (vs the pleated styles that seem to add a lot of bulk).

Outfit #7: Sleeveless Crewneck Shell Blouse | Long Sleeve Back Belt Open Cardigan Sweater |Skinny High-Rise Ankle Pants | Ema High Block Heel Pumps | Kora Microsuede Pointed Toe Ballet Flats | Kendra Scott Elisa Gold Triple Strand Necklace (c/o)

Outfit #9: Bishop Long Sleeve Collared Blouse | Long Sleeve Linen Blazer | Skinny High-Rise Ankle Pants | Kora Microsuede Pointed Toe Ballet Flats
These ankle pants are such a classic staple in your workwear wardrobe but I was surprised on how tight they were fitting. I sized up to a 14 in these fo them to fit correctly so if in doubt size up.

This Bishop Sleeve blouse has such a great print for spring and a nice lightweight feel. It can be tied at the neck or left loose for different looks as well. Now this blouse is not lined so it’s a bit more sheer but with nude bra it did not show.

Long Sleeve Keyhole Neck Dress | Presleigh Link Bracelet in Gold (c/o) | Gemma Pointed Toe Heeled Pumps

Outfit #10: Long Sleeve Keyhole Neck Dress | Skinny High-Rise Ankle Pants | Gemma Pointed Toe Heeled Pumps | Striped Pleated Small Dome Satchel Handbag
Outfit #11: Long Sleeve Keyhole Neck Dress | Skinny High-Rise Ankle Pants | Gemma Pointed Toe Heeled Pumps | Loft reversible belt | Long Sleeve Back Belt Open Cardigan Sweater
Outfit #12: Long Sleeve Keyhole Neck Dress |Long Sleeve Linen Blazer | Kora Microsuede Pointed Toe Ballet Flats | Striped Pleated Small Dome Satchel Handbag | Presleigh Link Bracelet in Gold (c/o)
This dress is so versatile that I even made it into a top! I did size up to a L since it was way too tight across the chest in a M which gives it an extra flowy feel in the body. To add some shape I added cardigans, blazers and a belt. For the “top” look tie a rubber band at the end of the dress then stuck under.
