Last week I was thinking about how fast the summer has flown by! June was filled with vacations, family visits and just being busy. This month I want to be more intentional about the things I want TO DO. Luckily Walmart has cute summer staples that are great for the rest of our summer adventures without breaking the bank.
The Free Assembly line has great elevated staples but it’s also made in fair trade and LEED certified facilities. They use mostly organic cotton and use manufacturing techniques that reduce water consumption. So the first thing off my list is worrying about what to wear.

Fit Tips: tank size down if in-between I’m in a L with some room // shorts true to size, L
In DFW the heat has cranked up and I’m grabbing all the tanks and shorts out from my closet. This Free Assembly tank is great because I can wear a regular bra and it’s not too low cut. If you are looking for a deeper scoop and one more fitted this tank also comes in some cute solid colors. These white pull-on shorts are a thicker chino material so they are not sheer and great for warm weather activities.

Things to do with the kids:
- Take them to Top Golf
- Hike a local trail
- Make Smores
- Visit a waterpark
- Visit the Zoo
- Have a family game night
- Go to a baseball game
- Make watermelon popsicles

Fit Tips: Dress runs large size down if in-between // sneakers tts
As a busy mom and wife so many times I’m the point person to keep things prepped and ready to go. I love this easy throw on dress from Free Assembly because it’s cute, comfy and quick! That way I can get going onto the rest of my to-do list. I’m in a large and like the extra room but if you want more fitted then size down.

Things for the family:
- Make bulk meals (and freeze)
- Take donation items out of garage
- Go through toys for ones they no longer use
- Buy BTS supplies early
- Make baked goods to freeze for breakfasts
- Clean out the freezer

Fit Tips: Dress runs large, size down I’m in medium
The last thing I want to accomplish for the rest of this summer is doing some things for myself. Recently I got to meet up with a couple of friends and I forgot how much just talking and connecting fills my soul. This cute striped dress is great for a girls lunch date or even wear to work then head to a happy hour. Unfortunately this stripe color is sold out but check out the pretty green and cute navy stripe!

Things to do for me:
- Organize a monthly girls get together
- Schedule a massage
- Work out 4 times per week
- Try an online yoga class
- Read 3 books
- Do 4 outdoor workouts
- Stop working at 4pm daily
- Drink water!!
While I may not get all this done, or be perfect each week at least I have a game plan to soak up the rest of summer and ENJOY!
