Last weekend my family and I were at a Spartan race that we were supposed to attend for my daughter’s 8th birthday in March 2020. Over the loud speaker they talked about it being the first event that they have had in over a year and my heart swelled. I think so many of us are starting to feel like we can schedule get togethers and events that we have been missing for the past year! Luckily Walmart knows that getting me out of my stretchy pants and loungewear is going to be a challenge so I’ve rounded up some amazing looks that still FEEL great but also are cute enough for your first events out!
The new Free Assembly line is all about getting dressed again & maybe even heading to a party. This line has great elevated staples but it’s also made in fair trade and LEED certified facilities. They use mostly organic cotton and use manufacturing techniques that reduce water consumption.

Ready for a party?! This dress has a stretchy ribbed fabric that you can wear a regular bra with so even if you are having to sit through hours long graduation before the party you will be comfy. This dress is the only one that was slightly bigger and I feel like I could have used a smaller size.

Now that it’s getting warmer and kids for summer I’m hoping for more grilling out and CRAWFISH! Yes, I’m one of those that LOVE a good crawfish boil. While I don’t love them super hot I can eat pounds of those yummy little mudbugs. Luckily we have a great Cajun place down the street so I don’t have to actually make them!!

I was so excited to find this great dress that has a cute ruffle sleeve that can be worn for business casual. It has a good thickness to it and A-line shape so size down if in-between.
LUNCH WITH FRIENDS

Honestly the best part of summer is just enjoying time with friends. I feel like during the summer since kids have less sports, events and virtual learning I finally get to see my friends. Hanging out by the pool in this romper is perfect because it has a great texture that still is lightweight and breathable. This comes in 6 colors but I’m a big fan of this watermelon color.
