Health & Fitness Favorites from Amazon

It’s that time of the year when we all start to think about health & fitness. I know it’s super cliche and I don’t love talking about losing weight but rather a renewed focus on health and moving my body.

Over the past year I’ve done a decent job of finding items that help keep me in track. I’ve rounded up some of my favorites that can all be picked up from Amazon.

AirPods Pro I wasn’t sure if these were going to live up to the hype versus the older versions but they really are better! The noise cancellation and soft ear buds make these worth the extra money.

Stretchy Apple Watch Band These fun bands come in a couple of prints and since they stretch and make it easy to get your watch on and off I almost never change my band anymore. I wear a small

Amazon Essentials Stretch Tech Tanks The stretch tech material at Amazon has a similar soft yet stretchy material as Vuroi at a fraction of the price. These are more fitted tanks and I size up to L

Glass Divided Containers I have the set of 5- 29oz and they are great for leftovers, meal planning and lunches. I also like that glass can be heated up easily and doesn’t stain!

Swig 32 oz Tumbler This insulated tumbler has become my go-to at my desk drinking water! It really keeps your drink cold and since it has a narrow bottom easily fits in my car cup holder. Plus the prints are adorable.

Adidas Cloudfoam Pure Running Shoe While I am not a running I know many people that are that also love this shoe. It’s lightweight but supportive and has an easy slip on style.

MIRITY Racerback Sports Bras I have purchased a TON of sports bras for my 36DD body and these stretchy ones that are great for low impact or biking have quickly become my go-to. While I wouldn’t run in these I do just about everything else. True to Size based on chart, XL

RENPHO Smart BMI Digital Scale Let’s talk about TMI this scale connects to your phone and give you sooo much information at first it was a little too much. Although knowing my BMI and body fat % was an eye opener and great to track.

CRZ YOGA Naked Feeling Capri Pants I feel like I’ve tried a million pairs of workout leggings and when it comes to Amazon ones these are my go-to. They are super lightweight, don’t roll and still are opaque (at least int he darker colors). I size down for a more compressive fit M, the L seems to slip more.

GIMME Bands No Break Hair Ties I feel like these are the only hair ties that keep my thick hair in place when I workout. I also love that they are fabric so no breakage but also come in other thicknesses as well based on your hair.

Sunny Health & Fitness Exercise Cycling Bike I looked back at my order history and it was 5 years ago that I got this bike! While I am NOT consistent on riding it, it has held up really well. With a phone holder I use the Peloton app and it works well. I had several other readers suggest the Wahoo Cadence and Speed sensors to add to the bike for an even more Peloton feel for a fraction of the price.

AmazonBasics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights When these are in stock they are great for the price, it’s just grabbing them in stock that can be an issue! Lighter weights and the 20lb show available for shipping in mid Jan.

ROQ Silicone Rings I feel bad that I’ve pretty much stopped wearing my diamonds for these stretchy, comfortable rings but they are just that good! Size down if in-between I had to return my first set and go smaller
