I mean look at that face?! One of the greatest parts of having a dog is it forces me to get out and MOVE! Cider is our six month old yellow lab puppy with TONS of energy.
She has a super sweet demeanor but we are still working with her on best puppy manners (hello chewed shoes). The best way we have found that she makes good choices is when she has regular exercise and let’s be honest it’s good for me as well.

Since I’m typically just walking around our neighborhood for about a mile walk I really like these Zella lifestyle sneakers that can be easily slipped on and off but have enough support and cushion if we decide to jog just a bit. Plus I love that 50% of the shoe is made with sustainably sourced materials.
Now when the temps drop just a bit it’s typically my ears and hands that need covering and I found that Zella has a super cute print that includes reflective material for when we get back to early morning walks. The beanie and gloves are stretchy and match great with my zip up jacket.

This jacket is the perfect weight for a brisk walk because it’s a thicker material with slightly brushed fleece interior. This has good stretch and an adjustable back if you want to make it more fitted. On the back it has a few reflective dots also making it great for low-light walks.
When it starts to warm up I typically wear just a long sleeve top and the Ava style is a loose-fitting scoop neck that is soft but still has some stretch. I love this new green glade color but the blue mazarine is also fun for a pop this spring.

Now I’ll be honest there are days that I have my husband take Cider for her walk so on those days I’m trying to get back on my bike! I showed my updated office and Peloton nook. When I bike at home I get pretty hot (also because with my office doors closed it just blows warm air!)
I tend to prefer to bike with a sports bra and soft leggings. I found this cute Zella set with matching sports bra and leggings and they fit great. The sports bra is stretchy and has enough support for a low impact workout like walking or a ride.
