This Sunday you are about to see Instagram go wild with LTK Day and let’s just say if you are a regular person you will probably say… “um what the heck is LTK Day?!” Yeah, I get ya so LTK stands for LIKEtoKNOW.it which is the app platform for the affiliate company Reward Style. Without going way into affiliate programs basically it is an invitation only program that connects influencers and retailers and allows your links to be commissionable.
Reward Style has realized that 48% of purchases come directly from consumers discovering content while in the LIKEtoKNOW.it app. What does this mean, well think about Pinterest and you jump on looking for a nude crossbody bag, you will get back a ton of images and when you click on that image it could go to a retailer website, blog post or nothing it depends on the pin. With LIKEtoKNOW.it that picture has products listed right below it that you can then shop that picture with the items the influencer has attached. If you purchase the item (while in the app) that influencer receives credit (small commission percentage) on that purchase.

Now to increase users Reward Style has put together an Amazon Prime kind of day where several retailers are giving discounts when items are purchased through the LIKEtoKNOW.it app. On Sunday June 23rd at the top of the photo with a red banner you will see “#LTKDay” as an indicator that items in that photo are included in the sale. When you click on the photo items that are included in the sale will be marked with a red tag and then what the offer is (ex. LTK Day Sale- Take 10% off!) with an option to copy the promo code. Use the code while checking out in that screen and BOOM you get the discount.
Now I know what you are thinking… well who is having deals? I’m not 100% sure I can tell you what the discounts are but here are the brands participating. Some are ones that I LOVE and shop all the time and others I literally had never heard of!

Now I have NO IDEA how this sale is going to go since it’s the first time its been done yet what I know from Amazon Prime Day & Nordstrom Anniversary Sale be prepared for some technical issues. I don’t mean to jinx the Reward Style crew but I’ve just seen it a ton. This is why I tried to give you the least amount of “clicking” needed.
